What this website is

This website presents off-plan property projects in Dubai and the services of 750 Real Estate. It lets you ask us to contact you. The projects are built and sold by their developers. 750 Real Estate is not the developer, and nothing on this website is a sale.

Property information is indicative

• Prices, payment plans, sizes, floor plans, specifications, availability and handover dates come from developers and from material they supplied. They change often, and they can change without notice.
• We try to keep the information accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Ask us, and confirm with the developer, before you rely on a detail.
• Images and renders are artists' impressions. The finished project may look different.
• Sizes are approximate. Map pins show the area of a project, not the exact plot.
• Prices are set in AED. Euro and US dollar amounts are converted at indicative rates for comparison only. The rate that applies when you pay will differ.
• Calculators, payment-plan illustrations and market figures are examples to help you think. They are not a quote, a forecast or a promise of any return.

No offer, and how a purchase works

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a contract. A purchase happens only when you sign the developer's sales and purchase agreement. For an off-plan purchase, that agreement and the rules of the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) govern the sale, your payments and your rights. Read the agreement in full before you sign or pay.

Not advice

750 Real Estate is a real estate agency. We do not give financial, investment, legal, tax or immigration advice. What this website says, including about the Golden Visa, is general information. The UAE authorities decide who qualifies for a visa, and we cannot guarantee one. Property values and rents can fall as well as rise, and we do not promise any return. Take advice from a qualified professional before you decide.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• give us false details, or someone else's details without their permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its forms, including with bots or scripts;
• copy, collect in bulk or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Ownership of content

The text, design and branding of this website belong to 750 Real Estate or its licensors. Developer names, logos and project images belong to the developers and other owners. They appear here to identify the projects, and they do not mean that any developer endorses us. Some photographs are stock images, used under their licences.

This website links to other sites and services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and developers' websites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be available, or free of errors or harmful code. To the extent the law allows, 750 Real Estate is not responsible for loss that comes from relying on this website or from using it.
