Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the website does today. We have kept it short and specific.

Who we are

This website is run by 750 Real Estate, a real estate agency in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company's legal name is Seven Hundred Fifty Real Estate. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean 750 Real Estate.

We decide why and how your data is used. Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), that makes us the controller of the data described here.

What we collect

When you send a form

We collect what you type into the forms on this website:

  • Book a Consultation (the pop-up form): your name, email address and phone number.
  • Request a call back (the short form on most pages): your name and phone number. On a project page, we also record which project you were looking at.
  • Send us a message (the Contact page): your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
  • Insights sign-up: your name and email address.
  • Market updates (the box in the footer): your email address.

With every form we also receive the page you sent it from, the language you were using (English, French or Arabic), and the date and time. Where a form has a tick box, we also record that you agreed to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Technical data

When your browser contacts our server, the server sees your IP address and the details of your request. We use them to deliver the website, to keep the forms safe from spam and abuse, and to find faults. We do not use them to follow you across other websites.

When you contact us another way

If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or social media, or call us, we receive what you send and may keep the conversation. Those services have their own privacy policies.

What we do not collect

This website has no user accounts, no payment forms, no analytics and no advertising tools. It sets no cookies. We do not ask for ID documents or bank details through the website, and we ask you not to send them through the forms. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Why we use your data, and on what basis

We use your data only for the reasons below. The PDPL requires a legal basis for each. In plain words:

  • To answer you. We use your name, phone number and email address to reply to your consultation or call-back request. Basis: your consent (the box you tick) and the steps you ask us to take.
  • To send you insights and market updates. Basis: your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To keep the website and its forms secure. We use technical data to block spam and abuse and to find faults. Basis: our need to protect the website, using as little data as possible.
  • To meet legal duties. We may keep or share data when a law, a court or an authority requires it.

If you are in the EU or the UK: we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take, on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, and on legal obligations.

Who receives your data

  • The 750 Real Estate team. Each form is sent as an email to our mailbox, info@750realestate.com. The team reads it and replies.
  • Property developers. We pass your details to a developer only when you ask us to, for example to register your interest in a project or to reserve a unit.
  • Companies that run our systems. We use a website host and an email host. They handle data for us only to provide their service.
  • Authorities. We disclose data when the law requires it.
  • Other services you choose to use. If you click a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn, you leave this website, and that company's own policy applies.

We do not sell your personal data.

How the forms are protected, and what is logged

Each form has a hidden field that only bots fill in. We also check that a form was not filled in faster than a person could, and we limit how many times one IP address can send a form in a short time. For that limit, the server keeps a count per IP address in its memory, looking back at most 24 hours. The count is not written to a database or a file, and it is lost when the server restarts.

The country code of a phone field is preselected from where your connection comes from. The host that serves this website tells our server the country of your IP address, and our server passes it back to your browser without keeping it or the address for this; if the host does not say, your browser's time zone is used instead. You can change the code at any time. No other service is asked where you are.

Some forms may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check. When it is switched on, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check.

When a form is sent, the server writes a short log line: the type of form, the language, the page, your IP address with its last part removed, and your email address and phone number partly hidden. It does not log your name.

The website has no database. Your enquiry is sent as an email and is not stored on the website's server.

Where your data is processed

Our website host and email host may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. When data is sent abroad, we do so only as the PDPL allows.

How long we keep your data

  • Consultation and call-back requests: as long as needed to answer you and deal with your request, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Insights and market-updates sign-ups: until you ask us to stop. Then we remove your address from our list.
  • Server logs: for as long as our website host keeps them.

If the law requires us to keep a record for longer, we keep it for that time only.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can:

  • ask whether we hold data about you, and get a copy;
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • ask us to limit or stop using your data;
  • ask for your data in a usable form, to give to another company;
  • object to decisions made only by automated means;
  • withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Visitors from the EU and the UK have similar rights under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will respect them.

How to use your rights

Email info@750realestate.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 712 4821. Say which right you want to use, and give the email address or phone number you used with us. We may ask you to prove who you are, so that we never give your data to someone else. We will reply as soon as we can, and normally within 30 days.

You can also complain to the UAE Data Office. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would like the chance to put things right first.

Children

This website is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18. Please do not send us a child's details. If you think a child has sent us theirs, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy, for example if we add a tool or a new form. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects you, such as a new use of your data, we will tell you or ask for your consent again.
